A downloadable game for Windows

This is Mega Man inspired final year student project made using Game Maker and was made in 6 months.

The game is about the titular character, Gallaleon, testing out a couple of new scenarios installed into the prototype Virtual Reality (VR) system that he's in charge of testing and maintaining.

The game has all of the basic jump and shoot mechanics the Mega Man games have, along with a slide ability to move faster and to move through narrow spaces.

There are only two stages in this game, each ending with a boss.

Default Controls

  • Movement - Arrow Keys
  • Jump - Z
  • Shoot - X
  • Slide - ↓ + Z or C
  • Pause - Space Bar

*This game has custom controls for those who wish to set their own controls.

hello! i think your game had a lot going for it. the way you combined gimmicks like in act 2 was very enjoyable, and the strongest part of your game had to be the boss fights/interactions. very readable and able to be completed all within a first time
however, i feel like there are a couple of performance bugs within the project. the tab esc just crashes the game or closes it, but the big notice was all the physics bugs and how easy it was to collide through walls - this only happened twice so i dont find much error with it. just something to keep in mind

me and my girlfriend liked it overall, great job man!!! was fun, tell RR i said hi
